Watermelon Margarita

Fresh fruit packs this margarita with fresh, summery flavors.


  • 2 cups (280 g) watermelon
  • 1 lime, peeled
  • 1 Tablespoon (20 g) date syrup, optional
  • ½ cup (120 ml) tequila
  • 3 cups (390 g) ice cubes


  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
  3. Blend for 45 seconds, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades if necessary.
