Whipped Cream
Create your own traditional whipped cream for fruit or pie topping. Make it your own by substituting other flavorings for vanilla, or using 1 tbsp of flavored coffee creamer.
Ingredients
- 2 cups (480 ml) heavy cream
- 3 Tablespoons (40 g) granulated sugar
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for approximately 15 seconds for soft peaks. Do not over mix. Serve within two hours.
Chef's Notes
Variations: Substitute other flavorings for vanilla, or use 1 tablespoon flavored coffee creamer, such as hazelnut or Irish cream.

Stabilized whipped cream
Easiest way to make whipped cream.I used to make it with my stand mixer, but do it this way now,I add a tbs of instant pudding ( I use vanilla, you can use whatever flavor you like). It acts like a stabilizer, your whipped cream will keep its shape for days.

Easy peasy whipped cream
This is the easiest recipe and live the flavors you can make. I added a few grains of coffee and topped taramasu. You can add or not add any flavor.

yes
yes, whipped cream in 10 seconds, however the whipped cream in the video is not whipped enough, you have to use the tamper for about 5 seconds because when it first stops moving it is not thick enough, whipped cream should not pour out of a blender

Whipped Cream
I make this without added sugar. Can add Stevia if you like. Putting some vanilla extract in makes this awesome!

I discovered this by accident
I still use my old Vitamix that I bought at the San Francisco County fair in 1986. I tried to make butter once, and it turned out to be whipped cream in just seconds. I put the sugar, vanilla, and flavorings in after, and it's great.

Best blender...
I use a heaping tblsp of "confectioners" sugar instead of granulated, and almond extract instead of vanilla. WOW! Heavenly!

Super Easy
I usually make whipped cream with my stand mixer but decided to give the Vitamix a try in a pinch. It was unbelievably easy. This is my new method for making homemade whipped cream!
