Belgian Spiced Cookie Frappe
A sweet, creamy, blended iced coffee beverage featuring distinct caramelized, spiced cookie flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 cups (480 ml) 2% milk [or plant-based milk]
- (55 g) Belgian spiced cookie butter
- 2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
- 2 cups (300 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Frappé Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to Variable 9. Blend for 30 - 40 seconds.
Notes
Try melting a couple tablespoons of cookie butter to rim the glasses. Garnish with whipped cream and crushed cookies.
