Chocolate Shake
Create some great milkshake memories at home.
Ingredients
- ⅓ (80 ml) Almond Milk
- 1 Tablespoon (5 g) cocoa powder [or chcolate sauce]
- 1 cup (130 g) chocolate nonfat frozen yogurt
- 1 cup (130 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30-45 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
Notes
For recipe variation, add 1 tablespoon (5 g) malted milk powder for a Chocolate Malt. Replace the ice with more frozen yogurt for a less crystallized texture.
