Herbed Breadcrumbs
Don't waste that leftover bread, turn it into a tasty herb-infused breadcrumb mixture instead!
Ingredients
- 4 cups (195 g) bread slices, cubed, 1/2" (2cm)
- 1 cup (28 g) fresh herb leaves, packed
Directions
- Place bread cubes (and fresh herbs if desired) into the Food Processor Work Bowl fitted with the Multi-Use Blade.
- Start the machine and allow to process for 30 seconds, or set the timer for 30 seconds. Press start and allow the machine to complete the programmed cycle. Reserve for use.
Notes
Any herb combination may be used for these breadcrumbs, but our favorite is a combination of thyme, parsley, oregano, and chives.
