Mocha Mint Shake
This chocolate-mint-mocha shake is fun for holiday entertaining. Garnish with a candy cane for added color and flare.
Ingredients
- ½ cup (120 ml) Almond Milk
- 1 cup (210 g) dairy free frozen yogurt [or vanilla frozen yogurt]
- 3 fresh mint leaves
- 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) Chocolate Sauce [or cocoa powder]
- 2 teaspoons instant espresso powder
- 1 cup (130 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30 seconds, using the tamper as necessary to press ingredients toward the blades.
