Nuts and Miso Sauce
This sauce can be served with dried seaweed, mushrooms, spinach, green beans, raw cucumber, or tofu.
- ½ cup (140 g) white miso paste
- 1 cup (120 g) cashews
- 8 (60 g) dates, pitted
- ⅓ cup (90 g) Aji Mirin
- ¼ teaspoon salt, optional
- Place ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 45 seconds.
