Ingredients

1 150 g orange, peeled and halved
1 60 g lemon, peeled
1 small 50 g red beet, scrubbed well
1 slice 10 g fresh ginger root
1 300 g cucumber, quartered
1 100 g carrot, quartered
1 60 g celery stalk, halved
1 175 g red apple, quartered and seeded
3 cups 720 ml cold water

3 cups 720 ml cold water

Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.Enjoy within 24 hours for maximum flavor and nutrients.
Optional:Strain the blend through a fine mesh strainer to separate the fiber from the juice. This fiber can be repurposed in cooking/baking or simply composted.

If you do not use organic produce, it is a good idea to peel your fruits and vegetables. For a cold juice fresh from the blender, chill all of your ingredients for at least a couple of hours and be sure to use ice water.This vibrant drink delivers a wide range of vitamins, minerals, and phytonutrients—from vitamin C and antioxidants to natural nitrates and carotenoids. The blend provides hydration, immune‑supportive compounds, and anti‑inflammatory ingredients in an easy‑to‑drink form. If you choose to strain it, you’ll remove most of the fiber, which does give it more of a smooth juice texture.
