Vegan Chocolate Date Shake [Vitamix ONE]
Get your ice cream fix without the dairy. A combination of cocoa powder, homemade date syrup, and coconut yogurt make this a great chocolate fix without the guilt.
- ¾ cup (180 ml) vanilla almond yogurt
- 3 Tablespoons (30 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ cup (35 g) raw cashews
- 1 (115 g) banana, peeled
- 3 (25 g) dates, pitted
- 2½ cup (310 g) ice cubes
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30 seconds or until desired consistency is achieved.
