Vegan Parmesan Cheese
A simple and easy Parmesan recipe that won't have you missing the real thing. Great on pizza, salads, or sprinkled over veggies for a simple snack.
- 1 cup (140 g) raw cashews
- ½ cup (70 g) hemp seeds
- 3 Tablespoons (16 g) nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt, optional
- Place all ingredients into the Food Processing Work Bowl fitted with the Multi-Use Blade. Secure the lid.
- Start machine and run for 20 seconds or until desired consistency is achieved. Pour into an air-tight container and hold in refrigerator for use.
