These oat-based waffles are a hearty breakfast option made with rolled oats, all-purpose flour, eggs, and maple syrup. Blended until smooth, they cook up crisp on the outside and tender inside, making them suitable for everyday mornings or weekend brunch.

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Batter Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then increase to its highest speed. Blend for 20 seconds, or until completely smooth. Allow the batter to rest in the container with the lid on for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat waffle iron to 375°F or medium-high heat. Once iron is hot and batter has rested, cook waffles according to manufacturer's instructions (on the waffle iron). Place waffles on a wire rack to cool as you cook the next batch.
