  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
  3. Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, add more frozen pineapple. Use this recipe as a base and add your your favorite in-season fruits to create a unique smoothie. Try adding some vegetables as well; carrots would be a perfect match for the flavors in this smoothie.
