  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Dips & Spreads Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.

Notes

Garnish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, pepper flakes, fresh herbs, and/or fresh lemon zest. Serve with sliced cucumbers, carrots, celery, or crackers. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. It will thicken when chilled, so let it sit at room temperature or re-blend with olive oil before serving.
