Basic Green Smoothie

A delicious blend of sweet and citrus fruits easily masks the spinach in this green smoothie.

Basic Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 120 g (1 ) medium banana, peeled
  • 450 g (3 cups) green grapes
  • 260 g (2 ) medium oranges, peeled
  • 160 g (2 ) slices pineapple, peeled, with core
  • 90 g (3 cups) fresh spinach
  • 6 g (1 slice) lime, 1/4" slice
  • 260 g (2 cups) ice cubes

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
  3. Blend for 45 seconds, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.

Chef's Notes

If all ingredients don't fit into your container, simply start the blend and drop ingredients through the lid plug opening.
