Almond Flour

Ingredients
- 300 g (2 cups) raw almonds
Directions
- Place almonds into the Vitamix container and secure the lid. Select Variable 1 and
- start the machine.
- Quickly increase speed to variable 10, then high. Blend for 6-8 seconds and
- immediately stop the machine.
- Remove the lid and scrape the sides of the container with a spatula. Repeat the
- same process until desired consistency is achieved.
