- 13 g (½ cup) laver leaf
- 1 Tablespoon dried shrimp
- 4 Tablespoons katsuobushi, or bonita flakes
- Place laver leaf, shrimp, and katsuobushi into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 2minutes on high.
