With the turn of a dial, you can quickly and easily mix batters for pancakes, waffles, cakes, cookies, muffins, and quick breads. Perfect for all those special-occasion recipes, too (like apple pie cookies and chocolate cake in a mug).
- 480 ml buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 60 ml light olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 50 g granulated sugar
- 125 g all-purpose flour
- 120 g wholemeal flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 2¼ teaspoons baking powder
Blend buttermilk, eggs, salt, and sugar on Variable 5 for a few seconds.
Remove the lid plug and add flour, baking soda, and baking powder through the lid plug opening.
Blend for about 25 seconds to create a light, fluffy texture.
Use a measuring cup to pour batter onto a hot skillet, or pour directly from the container.
Cook on both sides until light golden-brown.
Just blend warm water and a drop of dish soap at your machine's highest speed, and watch it self-clean in 60 seconds or less-no disassembly required.
