Coconut Milk

With just two ingredients, you can have coconut milk for soups, smoothies, and baking.

Coconut Milk


  • 500 ml (2 cups) water
  • 75 g (1 cup) shredded coconut


  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
  2. Select Variable 1.
  3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
  4. Blend for 3 minutes or until desired consistency is reached. Chill or serve immediately.


Strain through a fine mesh sieve or filtration bag for a smoother drink.
