- 120 ml (½ cup) soy milk
- 85 g (½ cup) grapes
- 1 orange, peeled, halved
- 230 g (8 ounces) frozen peaches, thawed
- 85 g (½ cup) pineapple, peeled, cubed
- 1 carrot, halved
- 45 g (½ cup) broccoli, chopped
- 15 g (½ cup) spinach
- 150 g (1 cup) strawberries
- ¼ frozen banana, peeled
- 130 g (1 cup) ice cubes
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase to the highest speed.
- Blend for 1 minute, using tamper to press the ingredients into the blades, or until desired consistency is reached.
