Green Tea Smoothie
An invigorating blend of green tea, honey, mango, and ginger to jumpstart your day.
- 720 ml (3 cups) green tea
- 15 g (1 piece) fresh ginger root, ¾" slice, peeled
- 450 g (2 ) mango, peeled, seeded
- 2 dates, or 2 teaspoons honey, optional
- 260 g (2 cups) ice cubes
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 40 to 45 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
