- Place nuts into the Vitamix container and secure the lid.
- Start the machine, and slowly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to one week. It can also be frozen for longer storage.
