Raisin Almond Breakfast Spread
Almonds and ginger paste make this breakfast spread creamy without the use of dairy ingredients.
- 60 ml (¼ cup) date syrup, or honey to taste
- 290 g (2 cups) almonds
- 10 g (1 piece) fresh ginger root, ½" slice
- 36 g (¼ cup) sesame seeds
- 290 g (2 cups) golden raisins
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 1 minute, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
