Roasted Pear and Chestnut Spread
Chestnuts, pears, cinnamon, thyme, and goat cheese create a unique blend of flavor in this holiday spread.
- 150 g (1 cup) roasted chestnuts
- 300 g (2 ) Bosc pears
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 40 g (¼ cup) goat cheese
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Start the machine and slowly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 30 seconds or until desired texture.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate.
This recipe will work in the 64 ounce low profile container but will need to be doubled.
