A great wheat flour for your baking needs.
- 400 g (2 cups) whole wheat kernels
- Place Whole Wheat Kernels into the Vitamix container and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
- Grind to desired degree of fineness (refer to the chart for recommended grinding times). The longer the machine runs, the finer the consistency of the flour, up to 1 minute
