Belgian Spiced Cookie Frappe

A sweet, creamy, blended iced coffee beverage featuring distinct caramelized, spiced cookie flavor.

Ingredients

• 1 cups (150 g) ice cubes
• 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder
• 2 Tablespoons (25 g) Belgian spiced cookie butter
• 1 cup (240 ml) 2% milk [or plant-based milk]

Directions

1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the blade base.
2. Run the SmoothiePilot™ Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 20 seconds.

Notes

Try melting a couple tablespoons of cookie butter to rim the glasses. Garnish with whipped cream and crushed cookies.
