Dragon fruit Smoothie
This bright and bold smoothie makes a sweet (and healthy) treat!

Ingredients
- 360 ml (1½ cup) coconut water
- (2 slices) lime
- (6 ) fresh mint leaves
- 200 g (2 packages) Pitaya Dragonfruit, frozen, broken into pieces
- 240 g (1⅓ cup) frozen pineapple chunks
- 120 g (3/4 cup) frozen strawberries
- 80 g (1/2 cup) frozen mango chunks
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 60 seconds or until desired consistency is achieved.
