Mint Milkshake
Enjoy our seasonal minty shake for a healthy (and sweet) treat.
Ingredients
- 1 cups (420 ml) oat milk [or milk of choice]
- 1 cup (25 g) baby spinach, loosely packed
- 15 (5 g) fresh mint leaves
- 1 (210 g) frozen banana
- 1 cups (180 g) ice cubes
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
Notes
Any milk or milk alternative may be used in this recipe, but we prefer vanilla oat milk for a light, sweet & creamy beverage.
