Fresh raspberries give this shake an intense fruit flavor.
- 400 g (2 cups) dairy free frozen yogurt
- 75 g (½ cup) raspberries
- 180 ml (¾ cup) soy milk, or milk alternative
- 130 g (1 cup) ice cubes
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
- Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.
