Raspberry Shake

Fresh raspberries give this shake an intense fruit flavor.


  • 400 g (2 cups) dairy free frozen yogurt
  • 75 g (½ cup) raspberries
  • 180 ml (¾ cup) soy milk, or milk alternative
  • 130 g (1 cup) ice cubes


  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
  3. Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.
