Salmon Burgers [Food Processor Attachment]

Simple ingredients make up this satisfying, gluten-free salmon burger.

Ingredients

  • 80 g (½ medium) yellow onion, peeled, cut into large chunks
  • 80 g (½ medium) red bell pepper, cut into large chunks
  • (4 ) cloves roasted garlic [or raw garlic]
  • 10 g (½ cup) fresh parsley leaves
  • 30 ml (2 Tablespoons) whole grain mustard
  • (¼ cup) Homemade Mayonnaise, 60 ml
  • 60 g (½ cup) chickpea crumbs
  • (1 teaspoon) fresh fresh dill [or 1/4 teaspoon dried]
  • (½ teaspoon) salt, optional
  • (4 strip) lemon peel
  • 680 g (1 ½ pounds) salmon fillet

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Food Processor Work Bowl fitted with the Multi-Use Blade and secure the lid.
  2. Pulse 10-12 times or until everything is evenly chopped. Portion into 6 oz. (170g) patties and cook as desired.
