1. Product Registration.
   Vita-Mix Corporation (“Vitamix”) strongly encourages you to register your purchase by completing and returning the product registration card that came with this product if one was included. You can register at vitamix.com/warranty; or by calling Vitamix at 1.800.848.2649 or 1.440.235.4840. 
   
   
2. Who Can Seek Warranty Coverage.
   This Warranty is extended by Vitamix to the original owner of this product when purchased from Vitamix or its authorized retailers who are subject to Vitamix’s quality controls. Please note that because Vitamix is unable to oversee or control the quality of its products sold by unauthorized sellers, this Warranty is not available in the United States of America or Canada for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. This Warranty is not transferable.
   
   
3. What is Covered.
   Vitamix warrants that this product will be free from defective materials or workmanship when this product is used and maintained in accordance with the owner’s manual. If in Vitamix’s sole discretion it deems a product defective in materials or workmanship, Vitamix will at no charge to you and in Vitamix’s sole discretion (1) repair the product, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (2) exchange the product with the same or similar product that is new or refurbished from new or serviceable used parts, and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.
   
   A replacement or repaired product assumes the remaining warranty period of the original product. When a product or part is replaced or repaired, any replacement product or part becomes your property and any parts that are replaced or repaired become Vitamix’s property. Any incorrect or non-Vitamix product sent to Vitamix will, at Vitamix’s sole discretion, be destroyed or returned to you at your cost. This Warranty extends for a period of 10 years measured from the earlier of the date of purchase or date of delivery, as permitted by law.
   
   
4. What is Not Covered.
   This Warranty does not apply to: products used commercially, rental, or in non-household applications; products with altered or missing serial numbers. This Warranty does not cover cosmetic changes that do not affect performance, such as discoloration, food build up, or scratches. This Warranty does not cover damage or product failure caused by misuse, negligent handling, failure to follow the instructions in the owner’s manual, which includes failing to perform maintenance and cleaning of your product. This Warranty does not cover damage to property due to spills, improper installation, inadequate operating environments, or other factors beyond Vitamix’s control. Removal of the data label containing serial number information will void your warranty.
   
   Using third party parts will not void this Warranty, however, any parts that are used and/or installed on your product that are not genuine Vitamix parts are not covered by this Warranty. This Warranty does not cover damage or failure that results from the use and/or installation of parts on your product that are not genuine Vitamix parts or parts authorized by Vitamix. This Warranty does not cover damage or defect caused by service or repair performed by any person or entity other than Vitamix or an authorized Vitamix service provider. Vitamix will not be responsible for the cost of any unauthorized warranty repairs. This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from use of the product outside of the country where it was sold and built to be used, and Warranty service may be restricted to the country where Vitamix or its authorized distributors originally sold the Vitamix product. This warranty does not cover parts which require regular replacement to ensure the proper functioning of your product or products offered as special promotions with purchase, which include filters, seals, etc.
   
   THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE, JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION OR COUNTRY TO COUNTRY. ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN TIME TO THE WARRANTY PERIOD OF THIS WARRANTY. SOME STATES, JURISDICTIONS OR COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, OR LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION LASTS, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. VITAMIX’S RESPONSIBILITY FOR MALFUNCTION AND DEFECTS ARE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT. THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY FOR WHICH VITAMIX MAY BE RESPONSIBLE WILL BE NO MORE THAN THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF THE CLAIM.
   
   NO EMPLOYEE OR REPRESENTATIVE OF VITAMIX OR ANY THIRD PARTY IS AUTHORIZED TO MODIFY OR MAKE ANY ADDITIONS TO THIS WARRANTY. NO OTHER WARRANTIES GIVEN BY ANY PERSON, INCLUDING A DEALER OR RETAILER, WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCT SHALL BIND VITAMIX. IN NO EVENT, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, INDEMNITY, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, SHALL VITAMIX BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFIT OR REVENUE. SOME STATES, JURISDICTIONS OR COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
   
   
5. How to Obtain Return Authorization Under This Warranty.
   In the event that you need service or repair, please contact Vitamix Customer Service at service@vitamix.com, 1.800.848.2649 or 1.440.235.4840.
   
   You will only be asked to provide a date of purchase and proof of purchase for any blender that has not been registered with Vitamix. Any other requirements beyond this submission shall not apply. For products subject to this Warranty, you will be provided with a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Vitamix will pay standard shipping costs on the return of a product for warranty service and for return shipment to you after the warranty service. Vitamix is not responsible for items lost in transit. For this reason, Vitamix highly recommends getting a tracking number or delivery confirmation when shipping your package. You are responsible for the costs of special shipping requests. You will be deemed to have accepted the returned product “as is” upon delivery unless you notify Vitamix of any problem, including shipment damage, within 48 hours of delivery.

GARANTIE LIMITÉE DE 10 ANS

1. Enregistrement du produit

2.  Personnes pouvant bénéficier de la couverture de cette garantie
Cette garantie est étendue par Vitamix au propriétaire initial de ce produit lorsqu'il est acheté auprès de Vitamix ou de ses détaillants autorisés soumis aux contrôles de qualité de Vitamix. Veuillez noter que, comme Vitamix n’est pas en mesure de superviser ou de contrôler la qualité de ses produits vendus par des vendeurs non autorisés, cette garantie n’est pas disponible aux États-Unis d’Amérique ou au Canada pour les produits achetés auprès de vendeurs non autorisés. 3.  Ce qui est couvert
Vitamix garantit que ce produit est exempt de tout défaut de matériaux ou de fabrication lorsqu'il est utilisé et entretenu conformément au manuel d'utilisation. Si Vitamix, à sa seule discrétion, juge qu'un produit est défectueux en termes de matériaux ou de fabrication, Vitamix s'engage, sans frais pour vous et à sa seule discrétion, à (1) réparer le produit en utilisant des pièces de rechange neuves ou remises à neuf, ou (2) échanger le produit contre un produit identique ou similaire, neuf ou remis à neuf à partir de pièces neuves ou d'occasion utilisables, et qui est au moins équivalent sur le plan fonctionnel au produit d'origine.

Un produit de remplacement ou réparé assume la période de garantie restante du produit d'origine. Lorsqu'un produit ou une pièce est remplacé ou réparé, tout produit ou toute pièce de remplacement devient votre propriété et toute pièce remplacée ou réparée devient la propriété de Vitamix. Tout produit différent ou qui n'est pas de marque Vitamix envoyé à Vitamix sera, à la seule discrétion de Vitamix, détruit ou retourné à vos frais.

Cette garantie s'étend sur une période de 10 ans, calculée à partir de la date d'achat ou de livraison, selon la première éventualité, tel que permis par la loi.

4.  Ce qui n'est pas couvert
Cette garantie ne s'applique pas aux produits utilisés à des fins commerciales, de location ou dans des applications non domestiques; aux produits dont le numéro de série a été modifié ou est manquant. La présente garantie ne couvre pas les changements d'ordre esthétique qui n'affectent pas la performance, tels que la décoloration, l'accumulation ou les rayures. La présente garantie ne couvre pas les dommages ou les défaillances du produit causés par une mauvaise utilisation, une manipulation négligente, le non-respect des instructions du manuel d'utilisation, y compris le défaut d'effectuer l'entretien et le nettoyage de votre produit. La présente garantie ne couvre pas les dommages matériels causés par des déversements, une mauvaise installation, des environnements d'exploitation inadéquats ou d'autres facteurs échappant au contrôle de Vitamix. Le retrait de l’étiquette de données contenant les informations sur le numéro de série annulera la garantie.

L'utilisation de pièces de tiers n'annulera pas la présente garantie, cependant, toutes les pièces utilisées et/ou installées sur votre produit qui ne sont pas des pièces d'origine Vitamix ne sont pas couvertes par cette garantie. Cette garantie ne couvre pas les pièces nécessitant un remplacement régulier pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de votre produit, ni les produits offerts en tant que promotions spéciales à l'achat, tels que les filtres, les joints d'étanchéité, etc.

LA RESPONSABILITÉ DE VITAMIX EN CAS DE DYSFONCTIONNEMENT ET DE DÉFAUT EST LIMITÉE À LA RÉPARATION OU AU REMPLACEMENT, COMME INDIQUÉ DANS LA PRÉSENTE DÉCLARATION DE GARANTIE. LA RESPONSABILITÉ MAXIMALE POUR LAQUELLE VITAMIX POURRAIT ÊTRE TENUE NE DÉPASSERA PAS LE MONTANT QUE VOUS AVEZ PAYÉ POUR LE PRODUIT FAISANT L'OBJET DE LA RÉCLAMATION.

AUCUN EMPLOYÉ NI REPRÉSENTANT DE VITAMIX OU D'UN TIERS N'EST AUTORISÉ À MODIFIER OU À APPORTER DES AJOUTS À LA PRÉSENTE GARANTIE. AUCUNE AUTRE GARANTIE DONNÉE PAR UNE PERSONNE, Y COMPRIS UN CONCESSIONNAIRE OU UN DÉTAILLANT, CONCERNANT UN PRODUIT NE PEUT LIER VITAMIX. 5.  Comment obtenir une autorisation de retour en vertu de la présente garantie
Si vous avez besoin d’un entretien ou d’une réparation, veuillez communiquer avec le service à la clientèle de Vitamix à l'adresse service@vitamix.com. 1 800 848-2649 ou 1 440 235-4840.

Il vous sera demandé de fournir uniquement la date et la preuve d’achat de tout blender non enregistré auprès de Vitamix. Toute autre exigence ne s’applique pas. Pour les produits assujettis à la présente garantie, vous recevrez un numéro d'autorisation de retour et des instructions d'expédition. Vitamix paiera les frais d'expédition standard pour le retour d'un produit dans le cadre d'un entretien sous garantie et pour la réexpédition au propriétaire après l'entretien sous garantie. Vitamix n'est pas responsable des articles perdus pendant le transport. Pour cette raison, Vitamix recommande fortement d'obtenir un numéro de suivi ou une confirmation de livraison lors de l'expédition de votre colis. Vous êtes responsable des coûts pour les requêtes d'expédition spéciales. Vous serez réputé avoir accepté le produit retourné « tel quel » lors de la livraison, à moins que vous n’informiez Vitamix de tout problème, y compris des dommages causés par l’expédition, dans les 48 heures suivant la livraison.

Garantía limitada de 10 años

1. Registro del producto.
Vita-Mix Corporation (“Vitamix”) le recomienda ampliamente registrar su compra llenando y devolviendo la tarjeta de registro del producto incluida con este producto, si se incluyó una. Usted puede registrarse en vitamix.com/warranty; o llamando a Vitamix al 800 099 12 69.

2. Quién tiene derecho a reclamar la cobertura de la garantía.
Vitamix extiende esta garantía al propietario original de este producto cuando se adquiere en Vitamix o sus minoristas autorizados que están sujetos a los controles de calidad de Vitamix. Tenga en cuenta que debido a que Vitamix no puede supervisar ni controlar la calidad de sus productos vendidos por vendedores no autorizados, esta garantía no está disponible en los Estados Unidos de América o Canadá para productos comprados a vendedores no autorizados. Esta garantía no es transferible.

3. Qué se cubre.
Vitamix garantiza que este producto estará libre de defectos de materiales o de mano de obra cuando se use y mantenga de acuerdo con el manual del propietario. Si a su entera discreción Vitamix determina que un producto es defectuoso en materiales o mano de obra, Vitamix, sin costo para usted y a su entera discreción, (1) reparará el producto, utilizando piezas de repuesto nuevas o reacondicionadas, o (2) cambiará el producto por el mismo o uno similar que sea nuevo o reacondicionado a partir de piezas nuevas o usadas en condiciones de servicio, y que sea al menos funcionalmente equivalente al producto original.

Un producto de reemplazo o reparado asume el período de garantía restante del producto original. Cuando se reemplace o repare un producto o pieza, cualquier producto o pieza de reemplazo pasará a ser de su propiedad y cualquier pieza que se reemplace o repare pasará a ser propiedad de Vitamix. Cualquier producto incorrecto o que no sea de Vitamix enviado a Vitamix, a discreción exclusiva de Vitamix, será destruido o devuelto a usted a su cargo.

Esta garantía se extiende por un período de 10 años contado desde la fecha más temprana entre la compra o la entrega, según lo permita la ley.

4.  Lo que cubre.
Esta Garantía no se aplica a: productos utilizados con fines comerciales, de alquiler o en aplicaciones no domésticas; productos con números de serie alterados o faltantes. Esta Garantía no cubre los cambios estéticos que no afecten el rendimiento, como la decoloración, la acumulación de alimentos o los arañazos. Esta Garantía no cubre daños o fallas del producto causados por mal uso, manejo negligente, incumplimiento de las instrucciones del manual del propietario, lo que incluye no realizar el mantenimiento y la limpieza de su producto. Esta Garantía no cubre daños a la propiedad debido a derrames, instalación incorrecta, entornos operativos inadecuados u otros factores fuera del control de Vitamix. La eliminación de la etiqueta de datos que contiene la información del número de serie anulará la garantía.

El uso de piezas de terceros no invalidará esta Garantía, sin embargo, cualquier pieza que se utilice y/o instale en su producto que no sea una pieza genuina de Vitamix no está cubierta por esta Garantía. Esta Garantía no cubre daños o fallas que resulten del uso y/o instalación de piezas en su producto que no sean piezas genuinas de Vitamix o piezas autorizadas por Vitamix. Esta Garantía no cubre daños o defectos causados por servicios o reparaciones realizados por cualquier persona o entidad que no sea Vitamix o un proveedor de servicio autorizado por Vitamix. Vitamix no se hará responsable del costo de las reparaciones no autorizadas en la Garantía. Esta Garantía no cubre los daños ocasionados por uso del producto fuera del país donde se vendió y fabricó para usarse, y el servicio de Garantía puede estar restringido al país donde Vitamix o sus distribuidores autorizados vendieron originalmente el producto Vitamix. Esta Garantía no cubre las piezas que requieren un reemplazo regular para asegurar el funcionamiento adecuado de su producto o de los productos ofrecidos como promociones especiales con la compra, que incluyen filtros, sellos, etc.

ESTA GARANTÍA LE OTORGA DERECHOS LEGALES ESPECÍFICOS, Y TAMBIÉN PUEDE TENER OTROS DERECHOS QUE VARÍAN DE UN ESTADO A OTRO, DE UNA JURISDICCIÓN A OTRA O DE UN PAÍS A OTRO. TODAS LAS GARANTÍAS EXPRESAS E IMPLÍCITAS DEL PRODUCTO, INCLUIDAS, ENTRE OTRAS, LAS GARANTÍAS IMPLÍCITAS DE COMERCIABILIDAD E IDONEIDAD PARA UN PROPÓSITO PARTICULAR, ESTÁN LIMITADAS EN DURACIÓN AL PERÍODO DE GARANTÍA DE ESTA GARANTÍA. ALGUNOS ESTADOS, JURISDICCIONES O PAÍSES NO PERMITEN LA EXCLUSIÓN DE CIERTAS GARANTÍAS O CONDICIONES IMPLÍCITAS, O LIMITACIONES SOBRE LA DURACIÓN DE UNA GARANTÍA O CONDICIÓN IMPLÍCITA, POR LO QUE ES POSIBLE QUE ESTA LIMITACIÓN NO SE APLIQUE A USTED. LA RESPONSABILIDAD DE VITAMIX POR MALFUNCIONAMIENTO Y DEFECTOS SE LIMITA A LA REPARACIÓN O REEMPLAZO SEGÚN LO ESTABLECIDO EN ESTA DECLARACIÓN DE GARANTÍA. LA RESPONSABILIDAD MÁXIMA POR LA QUE VITAMIX PODRÍA SER RESPONSABLE NO SERÁ MAYOR QUE LA CANTIDAD QUE USTED PAGÓ POR EL PRODUCTO QUE ES OBJETO DE LA RECLAMACIÓN.

NINGÚN EMPLEADO O REPRESENTANTE DE VITAMIX O CUALQUIER TERCERO ESTÁ AUTORIZADO A MODIFICAR O HACER NINGUNA ADICIÓN A ESTA GARANTÍA. NINGUNA OTRA GARANTÍA OTORGADA POR CUALQUIER PERSONA, INCLUIDO UN DISTRIBUIDOR O MINORISTA, CON RESPECTO A CUALQUIER PRODUCTO VINCULARÁ A VITAMIX. VITAMIX EN NINGÚN CASO SERÁ RESPONSABLE DE DAÑOS ESPECIALES, INDIRECTOS, INCIDENTALES O CONSECUENTES, INCLUIDA LA PÉRDIDA DE UTILIDADES O INGRESOS, POR CAUSAS DE CARÁCTER CONTRACTUAL, PECUNIARIO, EXTRACONTRACTUAL (INCLUIDA LA NEGLIGENCIA), U OBJETIVO O QUE SE RELACIONEN CON UNA GARANTÍA. ALGUNOS ESTADOS, JURISDICCIONES O PAÍSES NO PERMITEN LA EXCLUSIÓN O LIMITACIÓN DE DAÑOS ESPECIALES, INDIRECTOS, INCIDENTALES O CONSECUENTES, POR LO QUE LA LIMITACIÓN O EXCLUSIÓN ANTERIOR PUEDE NO APLICARSE A USTED.

5.  Cómo obtener una autorización de devolución bajo los términos de esta Garantía.
En caso de que requiera servicio o reparación, por favor comuníquese con el Servicio al cliente de Vitamix en service@vitamix.com, o al 800 099 12 69.

Para cualquier licuadora que no se haya registrado con Vitamix, solo se solicitará la fecha de compra y un comprobante de la misma. Cualquier otro requisito más allá de esta presentación no se aplicará. Para los productos sujetos a esta Garantía, se le proporcionará un número de autorización de devolución e instrucciones de envío. Vitamix cubrirá los costos de envío estándar para la devolución de un producto para el servicio de garantía y para el envío de regreso a usted después del servicio de garantía. Vitamix no se hará responsable de los artículos perdidos en tránsito. Por esta razón, Vitamix recomienda encarecidamente obtener un número de seguimiento o una confirmación de entrega al enviar su paquete. Usted será responsable de asumir los costos derivados de la solicitud de envíos especiales.
