Lindsey’s Sweet Potato Brownies

Ingredients:

  • ⅔ cup (160 g) sweet potato, cooked
  • ¼ cup (65 g) unsweetened applesauce
  • ¾ cup (165 g) almond butter
  • 1 cup (135 g) dried dates, pitted, halved
