Create fresher, more flavorful cashew milk at home. This recipe yields 4 1/2 cups of milk from just 1 cup of nuts.
- 360 ml (1½ cup) water
- 70 g (½ cup) cashews
- 30 g (5 ) dates, pitted
- ⅛ 茶匙桂皮

- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40 seconds.
For even more creaminess, soak cashews for at least 4 hours. You may strain the nut milk through a fine mesh strainer or nut milk bag, if desired.
