低脂华夫饼

  • 95 g (1 cup) oat bran
  • 125 g (1 cup) all-purpose flour
  • 1½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda

  • 480 ml (2 cups) skim milk
  • 40 g (3 Tablespoons) granulated sugar

  1. Combine oat bran, flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a large mixing bowl. Set aside.
  2. Place eggs, milk, and sugar into the Vitamix container and secure lid.
  3. 选择变速档 1。
  4. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
  5. 搅拌 20 秒。

  8. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 5 for 15 seconds, using the tamper to press the ingredients into the blades.
