土豆砂锅

这款土豆砂锅里面有奶油芝士酱和玉米馅,可以说是一道百乐餐!

土豆砂锅

原料

  • 8 small russet potatoes, unpeeled, quartered
  • 115 g (1 cup) medium onion, chopped
  • 55 g (¼ cup) light butter spread
  • 480 g (2 cups) sour cream
  • 315 ml (10½ fluidounce) low fat cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 115 g (1 cup) cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 120 g (1 cup) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 3 g (1 teaspoon) salt, optional
  • ½ 茶匙研磨黑胡椒粉
  • 55 g (2 cups) corn flake cereal, crushed

步骤

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F (180˚C). Spray a 9-inch X 13-inch (22.5 cm X 32.5 cm) baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. 将一半的土豆、洋葱和水加入 Vitamix 容杯中,盖上盖子。
  3. 选择变速档 1。
  4. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 5.
  5. Blend for 10 seconds or until potatoes are chopped. Pour into a colander, rinse and drain.
  6. Repeat with second half of potatoes.
  7. 按所列顺序将黄油酱、酸奶、鸡汤、奶酪、盐和胡椒放入 Vitamix 容杯中,并盖上盖子。
  8. 选择变速档 1。
  9. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 4.
  10. Blend for 10 seconds or until mixed.
  11. 将土豆和酱油放入大搅拌碗中,并彻底混合。将混合配料舀在烤盘上。
  12. Press corn flake cereal over top of casserole. Bake uncovered for 60 minutes.

For recipe variation, add 1 cup (140 g) chopped ham pieces.
