Breakfast Chia Pudding

Simple and easy to put together and very versatile; top with fresh fruit, granola or any other topping you'd like.

FPA-Chia-Pudding

  • 350 ml (1½ cup) coconut milk
  • 180 g (¾ cup) coconut yogurt, or greek yogurt
  • 2 dates, pitted, or 1 Tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 60 g (⅓ cup) chia seeds
  • ⅛ 茶匙犹太盐,可加

  3. Blend for 45 seconds.

  5. To serve, divide pudding into 4 glasses and top with chocolate and almonds.
