Orange Sesame Dressing

This salad dressing pairs perfectly with a hearty green salad or a whole grain salad.

Ingredients

  • 60 ml (¼ cup) apple cider vinegar
  • 500 g (2 ) large oranges, peeled
  • 30 g (¼ cup) sesame seeds, toasted, divided use
  • 40 g (⅓ cup) cashews, raw, unsalted
  • (1 Tablespoon) fresh lemon juice

Directions

  1. Place the apple cider, oranges, ⅛ cup (15g) toasted sesame seeds, cashews, and lemon juice int the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed, using the tamper to press ingredients towards the blades. Blend for 30 seconds or until your desired consistency.
  3. Top the dressing with the additional ⅛ cup of toasted sesame seeds.
  4. This dressing is versatile and can be used in multiple styles of dishes. The Vitamix pulverizes the sesame seeds and cashews to create a creamy dressing.
