Ingredients

  • 450 g (3 ) pears, peeled, chopped
  • 210 g (1½ ) avocado, peeled, pitted, chopped
  • (1½ teaspoon) ground cinnamon
  • (⅛ teaspoon) ground nutmeg
  • (⅛ teaspoon) ground allspice
  • 180 ml (¾ cup) breast milk, or your choice of alternative milk product

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed then increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute.
