Cherry, Pistachio, Cardamom kombucha Smoothie

配料

  • 360 ml (1½ cup) kombucha
  • 125 g (1 cup) frozen peache slices, slices (thawed)
  • 2 Tablespoons pistachios, shelled
  • 1 Tablespoon honey, optional
  • ½ 茶匙小豆蔻粉
  • ½ 根冷凍香蕉 (去皮並切半)
  • 140 g (1 cup) frozen dark sweet cherries

做法

  1. 將所有配料按列出順序放入 Vitamix 容杯內,然後蓋緊杯蓋。
  2. Select Variable 1.
  3. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
  4. Blend for 1 minute 20 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
