柑橘紅蘿蔔汁

配料

  • 240 毫升 (1 杯) 水
  • 600 g (6 ) slices of pineapple, peeled, with core
  • 220 g (4 ) medium carrots, washed, halved
  • 2 slices lemon, with peel, ¼" slices
  • 270 公克 (2 杯) 冰塊

做法

  1. 將所有配料按列出順序放入 Vitamix 容杯內,然後蓋緊杯蓋。
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is achieved, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.

筆記

Leaving the core on your pineapple when blending is a great way to up your fiber intake and reduce waste. Try blending carrots with the fronds on as well for even more nutritional benefits!
