亞洲風味蘆荀沙拉

這道沙拉非常適合作晚宴菜式!生薑芝麻淋醬可作為雞肉或牛肉醃料,甚至可作為壽司和生魚片的沾醬。如果有人為花生過敏者,請隨意將花生替換為腰果。

配料

  • 200 g (2½ cup) green beans
  • 110 g (2 cups) asparagus
  • 150 g (1 cup) fava beans
  • 30 ml (2 Tablespoons) sesame oil
  • 1 small garlic clove, peeled, sliced
  • 6 g (1 Tablespoon) fresh ginger root, sliced
  • 7 g (1 Tablespoon) sesame seeds
  • 12 g (1 Tablespoon) roasted peanuts
  • 30 ml (2 Tablespoons) low-sodium soy sauce
  • 5 g (1 bunch) fresh cilantro leaves, stemmed, chopped

做法

  1. Steam asparagus, green beans and broad beans together for 6 minutes, or until tender.
  2. While vegetables are steaming, Heat the sesame oil in a small sauté pan over medium heat,add the ginger, garlic and sesame seeds and toast until fragrant. 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Allow mixture to cool slightly then combine into the 8 oz container with soy sauce and peanuts. Secure lid.
  4. Place on variable 1 and press start. Quickly increase speed to variable 10 and blend for 30 seconds.
  5. Toss vegetables with dressing and chopped cilantro.
  6. Garnish with chopped peanuts and sesame seeds.
