Furikake
Sprinkle this traditional Asian spice blend on cooked rice, dish, and other dishes.
Ingredients
- 13 g (½ cup) laver leaf
- Tablespoon (1 Tablespoon) dried shrimp
- Tablespoon (4 Tablespoons) katsuobushi [or bonita flakes]
Directions
- Place laver leaf, shrimp, and katsuobushi into the Vitamix 20-ounce container. Secure the blade base. Select Variable 7. Pulse 5 to 6 times or until desired consistency is achieved.
