薄荷奶昔

Enjoy our seasonal minty shake for a healthy (and sweet) treat.

配料

  • 840 ml (3 1/2 cups) vanilla oat milk, or milk of choice
  • 50 g (2 cups) baby spinach, loosely packed
  • 10 g (30 ) fresh mint leaves
  • 360 g (2 2/3 cups) sliced frozen banana
  • 200 g (1½ cup) ice cubes

做法

  1. 將所有配料按列出順序放入 Vitamix 容杯內,然後蓋緊杯蓋。
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.
