Cranberry Salad Smoothie
A festive combination of cranberry, orange, and celery, rounded with a banana for sweetness.
- 65 g (½ medium) banana, peeled, halved
- 130 g (1 medium) medium oranges, peeled, halved
- 30 g (1 cup) baby carrots
- 30 g ( ¼ cup) celery stalk, chopped
- 50 g ( ½ cup) cranberries
- 130 g (1 cup) ice cubes
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid.
- Select Variable 1.
- Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High.
- Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.
