Chickpea Flour
This gluten-free flour is easy to make and use for baking, binding, or wherever you need a gluten-free alternative.
Ingredients
- 2 cups (460 g) dried chickpeas
Directions
- Place dried chickpea beans into the Vitamix container and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed and quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 45 seconds to 1 minute. Remove chickpea flour from container and store in an airtight container.
