Coconut Milk Smoothie

With just four ingredients, you can have coconut milk for soups, smoothies, and baking.



  • ¾ cup (95 g) ice cubes
  • 1 slice lime, 1/8" slice
  • 4 nectarines, pitted
  • 1 cup (240 ml) coconut milk


  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure base.
  2. Select Variable 1.Select Smoothie program.
  3. Start the blender, and increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30-40 seconds.
  4. Start the blender and allow to complete programmed cycle.
