Coconut Milk Smoothie
With just four ingredients, you can have coconut milk for soups, smoothies, and baking.
- ¾ cup (95 g) ice cubes
- 1 slice lime, 1/8" slice
- 4 nectarines, pitted
- 1 cup (240 ml) coconut milk
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure base.
- Select Variable 1.Select Smoothie program.
- Start the blender, and increase to its highest speed. Blend for 30-40 seconds.
- Start the blender and allow to complete programmed cycle.
