Mini-Chopper Attachment Strawberry Banana Breakfast Chia Pudding [Immersion Blender]

Easy to put together and very versatile, try topping this pudding with fresh fruit, granola or any toppings you enjoy.


  • 1 cup (240 ml) almond milk [or milk of choice]
  • 3 Tablespoons (36 g) chia seed
  • 1 Tablespoon maple syrup, optional
  • 1 cup (135 g) fresh strawberries, hulled, halved
  • ½ medium (50 g) banana, peeled


  1. Place the ingredients into the work bowl fitted with the chopping blade. Snap the lid into place and secure the immersion motor to the lid.
  2. Select Variable 5 and run continuously for 45-60 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Pour into a glass storage container and let sit overnight (at least 12 hours.) Adjust with additional milk as needed and top with desired ingredients.
