Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie Bowl

The perfect PB&J turned into a healthy breakfast treat, this smoothie bowl is sure to please your taste buds, as well as your children's!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (480 ml) Peanut Milk
  • 2 cups (280 g) frozen red grapes
  • ½ cup (70 g) sliced frozen banana
  • 2 cups (280 g) frozen strawberries

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.  Serve immediately in bowls with your choice of garnishes - we love a drizzle of peanut butter or honey with freshly sliced grapes.
