Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie Bowl
The perfect PB&J turned into a healthy breakfast treat, this smoothie bowl is sure to please your taste buds, as well as your children's!
Ingredients
- 2 cups (480 ml) Peanut Milk
- 2 cups (280 g) frozen red grapes
- ½ cup (70 g) sliced frozen banana
- 2 cups (280 g) frozen strawberries
Directions
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Smoothie Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 40-50 seconds, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades. Serve immediately in bowls with your choice of garnishes - we love a drizzle of peanut butter or honey with freshly sliced grapes.
