Sunflower Seed Butter [Mini-Chopper Attachment]
A great allergen-free alternative to a nut butter.
Ingredients
- 1½ cup (205 g) sunflower seeds, roasted, hulled
Directions
- Place the ingredients into the work bowl fitted with the chopping blade. Snap the lid into place and secure the immersion motor to the lid.
- Select Variable 5 and run continuously for 60-75 seconds or until desired consistency is reached.
Chef's Notes
Unsalted or salted sunflower seeds can be used, so long as they are roasted.
