Vegan Parmesan Cheese

A simple and easy Parmesan recipe that won't have you missing the real thing. Great on pizza, salads, or sprinkled over veggies for a simple snack.



  • 1 cup (140 g) raw cashews
  • ½ cup (70 g) hemp seeds
  • 3 Tablespoons (16 g) nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt, optional


  1. Place all ingredients into the Food Processing Work Bowl fitted with the Multi-Use Blade. Secure the lid.
  2. Start machine and run for 20 seconds or until desired consistency is achieved. Pour into an air-tight container and hold in refrigerator for use.
