Blueberry and Strawberry Frozen Yogurt

Frozen fruits and yogurt can easily be substituted for other frozen fruits and liquids to create a frozen dessert uniquely for you.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups (360 ml) almond yogurt
  • 2 dates [or 1 Tablespoon honey], pitted
  • 2 cups (280 g) frozen blueberries
  • 3 cups (420 g) frozen strawberries

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
  2. Start the blender on its lowest speed and ,quickly increase to its highest speed.
  3. Use the tamper to press the ingredients toward the blades.  In about 30 -60  seconds, four mounds will form in the center of the mixture.  Stop the machine, serve immediately.
